Who we
work with.

Property Management

Multi-property portfolios from single-family rentals to multifamily complexes. We handle the unit turnover punch-list, common-area issues, and code-compliance repairs that keep your buildings rentable. Volume pricing for portfolios on file.

General Contractors

Sub-bid pricing for new builds, gut renovations, and tenant fit-outs. We bid against full project specs, hold our number, and deliver on schedule. Field-ready crews with W-9, COI, and bond available on request.

Business Owners

Restaurants, retail, offices, warehouses, and light industrial. From a service panel upgrade for new equipment to a full lighting retrofit, we scope it, bid it, build it. Off-hours work available to avoid downtime.

Architects & Designers

Pre-construction budgeting, design-assist, and value engineering during the planning phase. We catch the cost surprises before they hit your client's pro forma. Drawings reviewed in 5–7 business days.

05 / Q&A

Bidder
questions.

What's your typical bid turnaround?

Two business days for straightforward scopes (panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, single-phase service work). Larger or design-build projects typically need 5–7 business days, sometimes longer if a site walk is required. We'll always confirm the timeline within 24 hours of receiving your submission.

Do you charge for bids or site walks?

No charge for standard commercial bids. For complex pre-construction or design-assist work where we're providing detailed load calculations, value engineering, or extended consulting hours, we may quote a flat consulting fee — credited toward the project if we're awarded the work.

What documentation do you need to bid?

The more, the tighter the bid. Ideal: stamped drawings, electrical specs, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules. Workable: floor plans, scope narrative, and photos. Acceptable: a clear description of what you need and where.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?

Yes — NJ Electrical Contractor License #18578, $2M general liability, fully insured and bonded for commercial and multifamily work. COI available on request with your specific additional-insured language.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. All NJ electrical permits are pulled in our name, all rough and final inspections coordinated and attended by our team, and all close-out documentation provided. For multifamily and larger commercial scopes we also handle utility coordination with PSE&G or your local provider.

What's your service area for commercial work?

Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Passaic counties. For larger projects (panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, multifamily) we'll travel further within New Jersey on a project-by-project basis — ask us. Out-of-state work is not something we take on.

Ready to
bid it?

Send us the project. We'll send back a written bid within two business days, or tell you what we need to get there.
