Whether you're a property manager, GC, architect, or business owner, we bid commercial work the right way: scoped from your prints, priced in writing, and backed by a licensed, insured, bonded NJ electrical contractor with field-ready crews across four counties.
200A to 4000A service entrances, sub-panels, distribution upgrades, and meter stack rebuilds for commercial and multifamily properties.
Full-scope rough and finish work for ground-up commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, and tenant build-outs.
LED conversions, controls, daylight harvesting, and emergency lighting compliance. Documented utility rebate filings included.
Level 2 and DCFC installations for offices, multifamily, retail, and fleet operations. NJ utility rebate-program experienced.
On-call electrical service for property management portfolios. Unit turnovers, common-area issues, code-compliance fixes.
Pre-construction budgeting, value engineering, and load-calc support for architects and developers in the planning phase.
Multi-property portfolios from single-family rentals to multifamily complexes. We handle the unit turnover punch-list, common-area issues, and code-compliance repairs that keep your buildings rentable. Volume pricing for portfolios on file.
Sub-bid pricing for new builds, gut renovations, and tenant fit-outs. We bid against full project specs, hold our number, and deliver on schedule. Field-ready crews with W-9, COI, and bond available on request.
Restaurants, retail, offices, warehouses, and light industrial. From a service panel upgrade for new equipment to a full lighting retrofit, we scope it, bid it, build it. Off-hours work available to avoid downtime.
Pre-construction budgeting, design-assist, and value engineering during the planning phase. We catch the cost surprises before they hit your client's pro forma. Drawings reviewed in 5–7 business days.
Send us your project details and any drawings or specs you have. The more we see up front, the tighter the bid.
Within 2 business days we either return a written bid, request more info, or schedule a site walk for larger projects.
For complex or open-ended scopes, we walk the site with you to scope and confirm conditions before pricing.
You get a complete, line-item bid with scope, materials, schedule, and exclusions. No vague allowances or surprise add-ons.
Two business days for straightforward scopes (panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, single-phase service work). Larger or design-build projects typically need 5–7 business days, sometimes longer if a site walk is required. We'll always confirm the timeline within 24 hours of receiving your submission.
No charge for standard commercial bids. For complex pre-construction or design-assist work where we're providing detailed load calculations, value engineering, or extended consulting hours, we may quote a flat consulting fee — credited toward the project if we're awarded the work.
The more, the tighter the bid. Ideal: stamped drawings, electrical specs, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules. Workable: floor plans, scope narrative, and photos. Acceptable: a clear description of what you need and where.

Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Passaic counties. For larger projects (panel upgrades, lighting retrofits, multifamily) we'll travel further within New Jersey on a project-by-project basis — ask us. Out-of-state work is not something we take on.
Send us the project. We'll send back a written bid within two business days, or tell you what we need to get there.
