04 / Questions

Shop floor
questions.

Can the power be ready before the machine arrives?

That's the goal, so send the delivery date with the spec sheet and we'll plan the work around install day.

The machine is 480V and our shop is 208V. Now what?

That's a voltage mismatch. Depending on the machine, we fix it with buck-boost or step-up/step-down transformers, or a phase converter if the shop only has single-phase.

Breakers trip when the welder and compressor run together.

We troubleshoot the cause, then quote the fix in writing: dedicated circuits and disconnects, or a panel, service or transformer upgrade if the shop is out of capacity.

Can you work around production?

Off-hours work is available to avoid downtime. Put your shift schedule in the timeline field, or tell us when you call.

How fast do we get a number?

Send the form and we'll send back a written bid within 2 business days. Attach the spec sheet, drawings or photos so the scope is clear.

Who pulls the permit and deals with the inspector?

We do. Every job is permitted in our name, done by licensed electricians on our crew, inspected and closed out properly.

Can we get references?

References from industrial customers are available on request.

Machine on
the way?

Send the request with the spec sheet and the delivery date and we'll send back a written bid within 2 business days. Price up front, and a licensed crew that pulls the permit in our name.
